One forgives to the degree than one accepts and acknowledges their own mishaps, mistakes, wrong answers and inappropriate actions and no longer focuses guilt, shame, punishment or blame onto oneself. With the acceptance of the whole of oneself forgiveness toward the other is a natural expression of Self Understanding. The outside is the inside.

Compassion is a mental, emotional response of self-love and acceptance. When said it all stats with self…………Ah Yes.

With compassion Blame leaves we no longer look for a place to place what had been our own internal anger toward self. The focus now becomes changing what we teach. When we have been taught to FEAR our mistakes it becomes a natural response to cast the blame in either and inner or outer direction.

The outside is the inside, the inside the outside
